CA Subhajit Guha is a Chartered Accountant and CPA (USA), CGMA (USA) and also is an Insolvency Professional (IBBI) and a Certified Valuer, with post qualification experience of more than 32 years, is Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has held senior leadership positions in Corporates in India and abroad and has acquired vast experience in financial accounting, Enterprise Valuations, Financial Controls and Systems, project monitoring, treasury & fund management, etc.

Besides financial accounting, other major areas of expertise are management accounting, Critical Valuation reporting for Mergers & Acquisitions, financial review and appraisal, project consultancy.

Mr. Guha has vast experience of working with Large Corporates in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait & Dubai, apart from large Corporates in India. He brings with him a large experience from an Industry perspective.
